From 7:26 to 23:48 on November 21, 2021, the "Guoxuan" platform - "Qianzhihao" successfully completed the hoisting of the first WTG of Yangjiang Qingzhou III 500MW Offshore Wind Power Project.
First hoisting of "Guoxuan" platform
"Guoxuan" platform: originally was a jack-up oil drilling platform, the cantilever beam and drilling package were removed, and a ZCC18000 crawler crane was installed. After the transformation and upgrade, it is suitable for offshore wind power projects with large hoisting capacity and total installed capacity. At present, the platform is carrying out hoisting operation in the project with "the furthest offshore distance and the deepest water depth" in China.
"Guoxuan" platform
Huadian Yangjiang Qingzhou III Offshore Wind Farm Project is located in the sea area near Shapa Town, Yangxi County, Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province. The project site area is 81.03 km2. The water depth of the wind farm site is between 41m and 46m, and the shortest distance from the land is about 55km , the planned installed capacity is 500MW, and 37 wind turbines with a single capacity of 6.8MW and 30 wind turbines with a single capacity of 8.3MW will be installed.
Construction Site
At 4:30 on November 21, the tower transport ship completed anchoring and positioning. After the wind and waves became stronger from 2 to 5 o'clock on the 22nd, it was not suitable for installation operations. The remaining effective time is less than 24 hours. In order to ensure the smooth completion of the first hoisting of the "Guoxuan" platform, the Project Department considered the actual situation of each site, worked day and night, carefully organized, scientifically arranged, and completed the hoisting of the first offshore wind turbine with high quality and efficiency.
The first hoisting was successfully completed, and received unanimous praise from the owner, supervisor and other cooperative units. In the next step, all members of the Project Department will make persistent efforts, unite as one, establish the company's image, and build a brand of high-quality offshore wind power installation.
